Club Program

A) Club Program Registration

  • Registration Process: To join the volleyball club program, the Participant must complete the registration form provided by the Club. All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.

  • Parental Consent (for minors): If the Participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for participation and sign the registration form.

  • Program Capacity: Enrollment in the volleyball club program is subject to availability, and the Club reserves the right to limit the number of participants based on facility capacity and coaching resources.

B) Program Fees and Payment

  • Program Fees: The Participant agrees to pay the designated program fees as outlined by the Club. Fees may vary based on the duration of the program, training level, and any additional services offered. 

  • Payment Schedule: Program fees are due at the time of registration. We may offer installment payment options on a monthly basis. Full season payment is entitled for a 10% discount. 

C) Liability and Waiver

  • Assumption of Risk: Participation in volleyball club activities involves certain inherent risks. By joining the program, the Participant acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with participation.

  • Waiver and Release: The Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Club, its officers, coaches, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

F) No Replacement or Carry Forward of Unattended Practice Sessions

  • Grace Volleyball Academy does not offer replacements or carry forward of unattended practice sessions for any reason, including but not limited to participant absence, scheduling conflicts, or personal commitments.

  • Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled practice sessions to benefit fully from the program.

G) Commitment Deposit (applicable only for monthly instalment payment term)

  • Commitment Deposit of RM 400 is charged to ensure athletes commit to the season as we provide the best program for all who are able to commit. 

  • For those who pay their program fees by monthly instalment, we will contra it at the last payment due for the season. 

  • For those who pay their program fees in full, no commitment deposit is charged. 

Refund Policy: 

  1. Injury or Medical Condition: In the event that a Participant sustains a significant injury or develops a medical condition that prevents them from participating in the Grace Volleyball Academy program, a refund or credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund or credit, the Participant or their legal guardian must provide written documentation from a licensed medical professional stating the nature and severity of the injury or medical condition. The Academy may also request additional information or verification as necessary.

  2. Withdrawal Prior to Program Commencement: If a Participant wishes to withdraw from the Grace Volleyball Academy program for reasons other than injury or medical conditions before the program's commencement date, a refund or credit may be issued.

  3. Termination During the Program: If a Participant needs to terminate their participation in the Grace Volleyball Academy program due to unforeseen circumstances or reasonable causes beyond their control, a refund or credit may be considered on a pro-rata basis for the remaining unattended sessions after deducting the commitment deposit. 

  4. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as commitment deposit, administrative charges or processing fees, may be non-refundable under any circumstances.

  5. Refund Process: To request a refund or credit, the Participant or their legal guardian must submit a written request along with supporting documentation (if applicable) to the Grace Volleyball Academy administration. The Academy will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds or credits, if approved, will be issued through the original payment method or as agreed upon.

  6. Program Cancellation: In the rare event that the Grace Volleyball Academy program is canceled by the Academy, Participants will be entitled to a full refund of any paid program fees.

  7. No Refunds for Expulsion: Participants who are expelled from the Grace Volleyball Academy program due to violations of the Academy's code of conduct or other reasons will not be eligible for any refund or credit.

  8. Amendments to the Refund Policy: Grace Volleyball Academy reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy as deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to Participants in a timely manner.

A) Apparel

  • If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

  • Please note that customized jerseys are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable.

By enrolling in the Grace Volleyball Academy program, Participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy.

Return Method 

A) Apparel 

  • You may bring your items for exchange/ return to Republic of Futsal during any of the training sessions. If you are unable to do so, please write to us for a mailing address. 

  • Customers will have to bear the cost of return postage charges for returned products.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds/ Exchanges will be made within 3 working days.
